I freaking love my hair! I have been wanting ombre forever but am notoriously indecisive. I finally pulled the trigger and made an appointment with Jen Freesia via Mio's super convenient online booking system. I went in yesterday with photos of what I was looking for. Jen let me know it would take quite a while because of the length and thickness of my hair, but I was all in. It took about 4 hrs, totally worth it... I always appreciate when someone takes their time and does something right. I was nervous about the lighter color (that I wanted) blending nicely up into my natural brown, because I have never gone so light before, but it came out great. I got exactly what I wanted and I just love it.

I just got my haircut by Jennifer Freesia. She was fantastic! She took her time blow drying my hair, cutting layers and styling it; that takes patience as I have very thick hair! Also, she told me I had a week to come back if I didn't like my haircut and she would fix it for me, stylists hardly give you that level of customer service anymore. I highly recommend her!

This place is THE BEST! My mom and I went for wedding hair and makeup trials and they were so supportive and open to feedback. The staff here empowers you to feel ready for a special occasion. I love all the products they used - none of the makeup irritated my skin and the hair products smelled wonderful. What I really loved is that they made me gorgeous while also still keeping it natural.

Jennifer F. did an amazing job on my Deva cut! I've been looking for someone local for a Deva cut for at least a year. I'm particular about who cuts my hair, especially since I'm transitioning to all curls and not heat. I am a mix of African American, Caucasian and Native American & I have very coily curls. Retaining length was really important to me. I could tell Jennifer was very knowledgable of my curl pattern and I liked that she didn't insult the way my hair looked (even though I really needed a hair cut when I went to her!) She took a lot of time when detangling my hair which I appreciate-she was very sweet and patient.! She also explained each step and was gradual in taking off length. If you have curly hair then you understand ! Thanks Jennifer, I feel like a new woman !

Was in desperate need of a cut and didn't want to straighten to do it. So I've heard about the deva cut and wanted to try it out, my final decision on this salon was thru yelp. Probably one of the best salon experiences I've ever had mostly because I go to salons that don't have a mix of stylists. When I got in her chair she immediately knew what to do because I was a bit indecisive. She cut my hair and walked me through the whole process, washed and styled with devacurl products and made adjustments. Said if I need more come back, but I'm thrilled to say I don't need to come back so soon she gave me a lovely cut I love my hair if you want a great devacut go to Jen Freesia she's the best. Will be going back the next time I need a style.

I came to Jen Freesia with the endorsement of my regular & fabulous hair stylist who fell ill and had to cancel our appointment. I had a special event the following day and REALLY needed new color. My stylist contacted Jen just the night prior explaining my urgent need. With a marvelous customer service gesture to both a fellow stylist as well as a new client, Jen rearranged her next day schedule and came in early so that she could accommodate my last minute crisis. Super impressive. Equally impressive are Jen's skills. The cut was marvelous and she didn't flinch a bit when I requested a third color be combined into the mix.
